Foodiesfeed focuses on providing free food photos with minimal data collection. In normal use we may collect:

• Basic usage information such as pages viewed, search queries, and downloads to help us understand which photos and features are most useful.
• Technical details like browser type, device information, and approximate location derived from your IP address.
• Account details (email, name, preferences) only if you choose to create an account.
• Cookie consent choice — we store whether you accepted or declined optional analytics cookies so we can respect your preference.

2. How we use this information

We use collected data to:

• Keep the site fast, secure, and reliable.
• Improve search, recommendations, and content quality.
• Communicate with you about your account, important product changes, or support requests.
• When you accept cookies, run analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console) to understand traffic and improve the site.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Cookies we use

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser. We use the following:

• Essential cookies — Required for the site to work. These include: session and authentication cookies (e.g. Supabase) to keep you signed in; ff_popup_dismissed to remember if you closed the promo popup; and ff_cookie_consent to store your cookie consent choice (Accept or Decline). We do not load optional analytics until you accept.
• Analytics and marketing cookies — Used only if you click "Accept" on our cookie banner. These may include: Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for usage and traffic analysis; Google Tag Manager (GTM) for managing tags and scripts; and data used in connection with Google Search Console (e.g. search performance). These help us understand how visitors use Foodiesfeed and improve the experience.

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Some features of Foodiesfeed may not function correctly without essential cookies. If you previously accepted analytics cookies and want to withdraw consent, clear the ff_cookie_consent cookie or use your browser’s cookie settings; you can also decline when we show the banner again (e.g. after the consent cookie expires).

4. Third‑party services

We use the following third‑party services. When you accept cookies, Google services (such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console) may set or read their own cookies and process data as described in their privacy policies. We also use:

• Google — Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager (GTM), and Search Console for traffic and performance insights (only when you accept cookies).
• Supabase — Authentication and database; essential for sign‑in and account data.
• Brevo — Email (e.g. transactional or marketing) when you have an account or subscribe.
• Other privacy‑respecting analytics, error monitoring, or hosting providers as needed to run the site. They process data on our behalf under our instructions.

5. Your choices

You can accept or decline optional (analytics/marketing) cookies using our cookie banner. Declining limits tracking (e.g. we do not load Google Analytics, GTM, or similar scripts for you). You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time. You can also block or clear cookies in your browser settings or use built‑in tracking protection.
